DJ Dallas article

A lot of these kids didn’t eat three meals a day in high school. Some lucky to get to the 2000 calorie mark on a daily. Now you put them in front of a college meal plan with as much food as they can eat combined with intense workouts. The kids are gonna gain weight. Especially tall lanky dudes who are 6’4 with long arms.

Used to always see him and Hightower and a few others at McDonalds across from campus when I was in town for work. Was there for a month and went to McDonalds 4-5 times and they were there every single time. Also saw like IG stories of them in there eating. No surprise he was able to lose it so quickly

Bruh, lay off the Big Macs

..article on TOS

"The biggest difference with Dallas compared to last season? He's improved his conditioning. Dallas played at 17 percent body fat last year. He says he is now down to 9.6 percent body fat and has trimmed his weight down to 213 pounds."

...**** what the **** did felder have him eating?

Gus f*cked up his diet plan by having him eat the chicken fat and not the skinless *******.

Was it not reported that Zion’ s family couldn’t afford to feed him to bulk up? Or am I imagining that?
Not sure. I didn't want to speculate. Truth is, there's plenty of kids, even ones from wealthy families who aren't eating right. There was like a two year period where I lived off Taco Bell and my mom always had good food at the house.

Did all our skill position guys have 16+ % body fat last year?

If only Deejay could lose 10 more pounds, get a little slower, and average half a yard less per carry.....

Then he'd basically be Mark Walton, and fans could call him one if the best RB's in the country instead of giving him such a hard time.

Hahaha you must feel like an idiot. You told us all year he wasn’t fat and slow. Complete clown.

I must have had a brain infarct. Please direct me to those posts so I can show them to my doctor.

I need to go to the doctor anyway, since my **** hurts from you swinging off of it so much.

Based on what we are seeing this year I want to say yes without can't tangible evidence.

Feeley is putting in Moffett work with this squad.

VERY excited to see how it translates to the field.........

I was joking, as I know some guys are slim, but after two days in a row of a player saying "yeah, so I had a 17% body fat last year..."

That's freakin odd on a high level D1 program. Wtf was going on?

Zero accountability

As a S&C coach if you look down and can't see your own feet (Felder) or can't train in the actual weight room because you stopped your continued education credentials/certifications to do so (Swasey) you aren't accountable for yourself so why would you hold anyone else accountable?

Moffett has crazy eyes.

Feeley has crazy eyes.

Lu we ****** now boyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

theres a starbucks near campus right next to book horizons. they dont serve big macs.

I went there could barely find a place to sit down and when I did there was a lady talking on her phone so loud I couldn’t get anything done. So many people on the WiFi It barely loaded. Went to micky Ds and sat my *** in the corner and never got bothered or distracted. This was like once a week that I was going lol
