My only complaint about the NFL Network coverage was that they waited too long to put the ticket at the bottom showing who had already been drafted. (So clearly, I don’t have much to complain about!) It felt like we were watching the Cam Ward show for much of the pre-draft, and I hate that so many missed it. Others have done a good job of posting clips on here.

Next year we’ll have to remind everyone to boycott ESPN.

I'd like to throw my boxing gloves on and spar with his head. Smack that stupid **** around for a couple rounds. We can air it live on ESPN. All you will see is my fists beating that stupid ******* face of his.

For all those saying don’t be sensitive about it I get your point, but honestly it was his ******* night and he deserved to not be disrespected and make a guy who didn’t even go in the first round be the story when he was still on the clock. I just woke up and listened to Boomer esiason on WFAN /CBS Sportsradio network on YouTube , and even he picked up on how ridiculous espn was last night.
 
I'm 56 and this just might be the kick I've finally needed to drop the stupid *** Dolphins and become a fan of a different team. I can't wait to spend all season watching Cam do Cam stuff. I got mad love for him after watching him smack around the gater game one. Even the ******* heat of **** and stench of that place will not take away from the good time I had that day.

I'm 43 and grew up in Broward. Never had near the connection with the Dolphins that I have with the Canes, not even close, but I would consider myself a Dolphin fan. No longer. Officially switched to Tennessee last night. Would love to visit Nashville anyway, it's one of the few big American cities I've never been to, so it's a wrap. **** the Dolphins, you can't really run a franchise worse than they have for 30 years, so they can kick rocks.

One other thing, I really don't care about this stuff very much at all, but the ESPN coverage of Cam's pick was genuinely repulsive. Not just a "it was OK but I'm sensitive and biased towards my guy". No. It was truly ******* gross. The dude was the #1 overall pick of the draft and was a complete afterthought in the coverage, they just sucked off Shedeur the entire time before, during, and after. Genuinely disgusting **** from ESPN, not that anyone should be surprised. Awful, awful, shameful presentation.

Mope. I was enjoying Cam going #1, repping Miami too much to count the minutes of coverage. Then moved on to the trade and who the Giants were going to pick at 3 without looking for a conspiracy…they always seem to focus on the players falling down the board.

But I’m sure there was a conspiracy somewhere

NFL Network's wasn't much better with Joel Klatt on the call as their college analyst. Cam was barely out of his seat on the way to the podium, and they were already talking about the JAX trade to go up and get Hunter at 2. He kept obviously steering it all back to Colorado/Hunter/Sanders at any and all opportunities the whole night.

Jon Beason needs to decleat him again.
