Discrepancies in what we want in SECCG?

My thought process - we need Bama to win and stay at #9. Hope BYU loses, keeping ND at 10 and Miami at 11. Thus allowing for the Miami-ND swap.

If Bama loses, they will move ND up to 9, move Bama back to 10, and if BYU loses, slide Miami to 11, thus insulating ND from touching Miami. This would give them ND at 9 and Bama at 10, with Miami first team out.

I see half of us think we need UGA. and I dont see this committee moving Bama down two spots to 11 and out of the playoffs.

BYU ain't losing... Big 12 needs both their teams in..
 
Either a Bama win or they need to lose by 30. And a BYU loss, preferably by 10+. But with the way everything else has gone Bama will lose on a last second field goal and BYU will win or lose the same. We’ll be left out and it’ll be Bama and ND. As I’ve said in other posts our only chance of getting in going forward is if we win the ACC

And anyone hoping for a Duke win and that the committee will put a ACC team (us) in to give the ACC representation, you need to understand the way this conference is viewed we might as well be labeled as a G6 program.
 
There is zero uncertainty or ambiguity here. We need Bama to win. Period.

I need to make this clear...Alabama is IN THE PLAYOFF. Period. They are -1800 right now to make the playoff on DK. The only reason there is even a line in the first place is because, in theory, they could lose by 40 and Simpson could be airlifted out of the stadium. That's the only way they're out.

They moved Alabama UP last night to #9. In no circumstances are they going from 9 to 11 by losing a game in the committee's darling conference they earned their way into.

We want Bama to win, full stop. UGA isn't dropping to 10 with a loss. We want Bama and Texas Tech to win. That likely puts ND and Miami back-to-back, at which time they have to allow head-to-head to break the tie.
 
People thinking the committee will drop Bama out of the playoffs, did you all just see that they got moved UP after struggling against ******* Auburn? The got outshined by like 100+ yards and their qb completed 50% of his passes and they called it a gritty win. Short of Bama losing by 50 and losing their QB for the year, they’re in regardless. Just hope BYU loses and that Bama wins.

Sadly, I doubt UGa with their offense, can score 50 total points in 3 games against Bama

Our fate will likely come down to bama again but this time winning lmao you gott be ******* kidding me smh ..my brain fully expects them to get stuffed on 4th down on a potential game winning drive to seal it for UGA 🤦🏾‍♂️
 
If TTU wins and Bama wins, TT moves up, Bama inserted to top 5, Ga drops around 6-7, which bumps down Miss, AtM, OU block. OU shifts to 9, they bump ND over OU, dropping OU to 10, buffer in-between ND and UM. They are getting their 5 SEC and ND. I think it’s over.

System is rigged. Only way in moving forward is will ACC or be 12-0/11-1.
