We are 0-2 in our last 2 attempts at hiring one . How much emphasize would you guys estimate the search committee is putting into a guy that actually "fits" ..., aggressive recruiter , players coach , bravado , emphasize on speed etc

I say this because I truly feel strong would be a disaster , he might be as hard headed as golden . Same goes with schiano ...

Strong has been a head coach 5 years and is under .500 without Bridgewater .... I'm not sure he is much more then a high end assistant .

Im not a strong fan by any means. But a good qb does not make a team. Kaaya is a **** good qb. Especially good enough for the **** coastal and Golden couldnt do jack shid with him.

Im terrified of the strong hire. But that whole bridgewater thing is a mute point. not too many coaches winning without a qb

Strong just can't do it.

Period.

Wait, Al Golden was supposed to be a disciplinarian? He's softer than the Pillsbury Doughboy....look at our team and how soft they are!!!!

the guys havent been in trouble

the penalties have only been a problem this season

the coach needs to be good wit xs and os

i think spurrier said something like, if discipline was the most important thing, navy and army would be in the championship every year

Golden was a disciplinarian? Is that why we have the worst penalized team in all of football at any level?

Two levels of discipline though....

On and off the field... Sure, we've had some hiccups. But golden neutered the boys enough to enjoy piano lessons... singing kumbaya at the hect, taking suspect pictures holding each others bosoms, and playing dodge ball.(off the field)

his on field discipline.. of course. leaves a lot to be desired.

But a lot of the penalties are coming from the offense.

Half of which can be eliminated if we got out of the huddle line up and snapped the **** ball.

All the presnap cute shid we do is just asking for penalties.
