Todd Monken is the guy you want, not Koetter.

Koetter is a pro-style 4-verts guy who gets yards but his offenses struggle late in drives because there's no innovation, no consistent run game and he relies on out-talenting with matchups. Sound familiar?

Monken was the playcaller who spiced up the offense and he has an Air Raid background. He will probably get an NFL OC job again.
