Dionte Mullins: My Opinion

He had problems getting in, barely made it. He didn't see the field in what is the easiest position to see immediate playing time this year and didn't catch a shirt.

Don't give me the he came in late thing. WR is unquestionably the easiest position to grasp in football. Combine his lack of play at his position, one where we were said to have a lack of speed, my guess is he'll barely see the field here ever. Something just doesn't add up with him.

So true. Anybody who doesn't produce immediately is a JAG and should be told to beat feet.

You just brought up Duke basketball on this website.Couldn't you have thought of a better analogy like Ed Reed or Ethnic Sands?

WR is different in a pro style offense than in high school. The play book is way more intensive, you need to know checks and audibles as well as reading the coverages exactly the way the QB does to adjust your routes. It's not just go run an out/slant/post.

OP's opinion is a kid needs to step up.

Earth ******* shattering.

Thanks for the heads up.

I need him, deejay, or Travis on kickoff returns next season.

Malcolm got a 7th year

props to malcolm he gave alot to the U but that **** aint even funny. richt played senior loyalty to him too much. shouldnt have been on kick returns period.

Even though Malcom never took it to the crib, he still averaged a nice yards per return

We never dropped a kickoff or punt either

OP laying the groundwork for the "Dionte is a bust" thread to be rolled out sometime in September 2017....lol.

Not off to a good start. Being behind in academics and out of shape entering fall camp are a deadly combo if you're trying to make an impact. If he gets all that straightened out, he'll have plenty of oppts this spring to show.

You guys trip me out.... it takes special talent to make leaps into college and pros. Some have to mature into it but every receiver we get will not just be playing like that.
