Did we get better?? Offense analysis

I think it is less figuring out the qb and more figuring out what scheme we will play and coaching. The best qb will play regardless if Martell is eligible or not, paired with better coaching and scheme, the qb play will be significantly better.

A good offensive line would be important to a successful offense.

It's all about the O line. Last season when I would see Mahoney at guard and Donaldson at Tackle I would just breakdown and cry.

I'm not saying I don't share some of your concerns about the offensive line, but don't tell me Houston or Utah State has way better OLine talent than us. They seemed to have no trouble scoring points.

They don't your right. It was our garbage zone blocking schemes and players playing out of position.
 
Same team as last year - but with a punter and a QB that can actually lead and hit receivers?

We'd win 3-4 more games last year.


Punting was hilarious. Reminds me of the ****-eyes discus thrower. Before he even started winding up - the bleachers to his rear emptied - no one knew which way the disc was going.

Just like out punting last year.


I'm going for broke - YES, we win our games this year - and play Clemson for the title. We got a punter, and we got some QB's.

sorry - almost forgot. We have an offensive mind. An offensive coordinator - for the first time in years. That might help things a bit, too.
