Cignetti for 2 years now, has gotten a lot of mileage out of perennial laughingstock in the Big 10. He is about to go 2/2 in playoff appearances in a competitive conference- without 5 stars or top 10 recruiting classes, the NIL investment of other programs, and the cache of SEC programs. Lets just hope he does not land at UF or FSU. With SEC resources, recruits, NIL, and access to SOFLA recruiting- he would be a nightmare. period

He’s also managed to avoid playing the best teams in the conference en masse both years and has stripped the non conference schedule to absolute zero.

Cig is a good coach, but I can smell bits of the con from here. We saw last year what happened when they were asked to compete against competent teams.
