Missing the point. Teaching is totally different than own ability/knowledge and the best recruiters grind hard. A multimillionaire HOF athlete probably isn't looking to grind that way. Millennial kids want all the attention in the world...and bags. AJ sitting on a throne doesn't mean 5-stars will run to him.
