....and yet we have people on here who want to let him pick new ones?

If the staff needs to be completely replaced after a year, and its clear ours does, then just fire the HC and move on.

putting the blame at Enos and Bakers feet, two guys hand picked by The Mayor’s Son, is just deflecting blame from the moron HC and the idiots who hired him.

I agree with this 100%. Mandy botched those coordinator hires in a big way. Baker is just completely lost, clueless and was in no way even close to being qualified to be the UM DC. Enos is just a terrible fit for what this offense does best. What really killed us Saturday other than Baker completely shytting the bed was the insistence on forcing the offense to operate at glacial pace when we could have dropped a 50 burger on Butch if we had gone more uptempo spread the entire game. I'm starting to realize that maybe the slow down four corners offense isn't necessarily Enos's doing but rather it is being done at Manny's command. Not that it really matters but if that's true, Diaz should be drop kicked out of the Hecht yesterday. First time in 40 years that a team has lost 3 games in a season when favored by double digits. We were 14.5 point favorites vs VT. 18.5 pt favs vs GT and finally 21 pt favs vs FIU. There you have it. That is the quantifiable proof that Diaz can't coach worth a ****!

Enos is Donofrio level bad. Bad scheme fit and stubborn, just like Dorito. We have to find someone who embraces the type of athletes the region produces combined with modern offensive concepts. We are not and will never be Alabama up front, or that one giant line Arkansas had that made Enos look semi-competent for one season. We do not need to neglect a Fleming in search of four 6’3 215 WRs. We do not need a fullback. We DO have access to kids, in droves, like Gaiter, Maxwell, and Cook’s bro from FIU who made us look silly. Butch is no dummy. Our 4 star athletes on D looked helpless trying to tackle South Florida kids we passed over. Art Briles did the same thing at Baylor, taking lightning quick 2 star kids from TX who could catch and properly using their speed. When an Andre Johnson comes along, of course you love him, but the priority should be SPEED SPEED SPEED first and above everything else. Miami is the best area in the world for it and we don’t use it. We’ve fought the natural direction for 30 years.
