Diaz shifting gears to Pitt following Clemson loss

Miami's former two LB's COVERED UP a lot of relative weaknesses of McCloud. Now he's exposed and what not.

In other word, both Louisville and Clemson had success, from time to time, running outside on the McCloud's side of the field.

Hall should PLAY more snaps than the safety who loves " to lay the wood! " Maybe then he'll FINALLY WAKE UP. In other words, his hit COST Miami in the first-half. Especially playing a former true 3-Star safety.

Just never have seen him as HC material and still don't....shrugs.
Every game going forward is 50/50...just hoping we don't do our classic nose dive...

If the blueprint is out and everyone is gonna stack the box and play man then go 12 personnel two tight ends up the seams, swing passes, wheel routes and draw plays to Knighton, Chaney and Harris. Those deep isolation patterns to Wiggins should be to Mallory. Hightower wouldn’t have gotten pushed to the ground on those plays either.

Run our weapons right pass those stacked boxes. Redding has the body for contested one on one matchups and Smith has the height, long speed and hopefully the heart.

Venables made the right call against us. He stacked the box and threw a lot of blitzes at King and knew our WRs weren't good enough to make 1-on-1 plays against his corners in space. And he was right.

This will be the last time I explain to you what coming out flat means, but here it goes: you come out flat, almost by definition, against lessor teams. We were dominated by Clemson, not flat. Pitt, at home, at noon, after getting raped by Clemson... this is where you worry about them coming out flat.
Mr. Clueless excuse maker strikes again. 79 yards on offense in the 1st half is flat, 56 coming from a single King run on a broken play! Keep believing we haven’t had issues coming off of bye weeks. Keep your mouthbreathing to yourself.

Way to deflect there Manny. It’s not just a loss to Clemson, it’s the bottom feeders you lost to following a bye week last year. Your teams are totally unprepared after byes, which also occurred under Richt, as we come out flat and uninspired in the first half of those games we managed to win at home after byes. With extra time, you would think the coaches would focus on tendencies through film. “How do you quantify it?” Qualitatively, your teams suck when given more time to prepare! Clueless.
Okay, I am confuse on coming off the bye week. I would expect Manny to say something like we need to change up our routines, it's inexcusable that we come out of a bye, and run up 15 penalties . Something is not clicking.

It's not the lost. IT'S THE WAY Miami lost!!!!!!!!!!!! It's like they didn't have the " fight " for most of the first-half.
Huh? They fought for 60 minutes. The offense got shut down, so our defense was on the field for nearly the entire first half.

We had a bad game plan on offense. Certain positions (WR and LB) got exposed. We were undisciplined having 15 penalties.

The fight is what kept it from being a 70-10 game.

That's called domination. Continuing to run inside zone against a stacked box is called lack of adjustments/planning. Having a plan and listfully going through the motions is called coming out flat.

You speak like they‘re mutually exclusive. Lots of mouthbreathers wanting to argue the meaning of a word rather than substance.
