The guys he trusts keep letting him down. Our supposed best players have been awful, and even the perennially ****** ones like Hall, Gaynor, Ivey, Scaife keep getting chances and keep on playing poorly. It's really dumbfounding why a kid like Will Mallory now can't hold on to the ball; or why Cam Harris can't average more than 4.2 ypc; or why Bubba Bolden can't do anything right; or why Zion Nelson gets dusted by a slow, white 2-star with the game on the line. But if he continues to count on these guys he'll be out on the street before December. They're broken and he's got himself to blame, but the young kids haven't been ruined yet. He can still extract some decent ball out of them before they get infected by the cruise control culture.

This really isn't even worth revisiting because of how obviously stupid it was. And pointing to his abbreviated camp is a cop-out because statistically this kid's had some disastrous stretches. He'll flash ability sometimes but Miami fans who bought into that hype should be ashamed because they actually watch him play unlike Todd McShay.

actually, a lot of guys don't even bring their arms they just dive at the ball carrier
