HBC is about leadership, organization, and innovation. Diaz demonstrated the requisite leadership and organization by REVITALIZING a Miami defensive legacy left for dead by Golden and donuts. The turnover chain is a small - but importantly telling - example of Diaz’s finger-on-the-pulse innovation that is absolutely required to be a paradigm-shifting coach.

I was adamantly opposed to hiring Richt. I LOVE the Diaz hire. Canes football just got legitimately exciting again.

As some posters have said, “High risk, high reward.” He’s a smart dude. Let’s see what he can do with his staff.
 
Kinda excited but maybe it’s because we can finally move on from cmr. I’m holding the excitement for the assistant coaches. Hopefully
