Diaz has to go

Tonight is a reminder of what happens when you have a fing administration that doesn't care about football.

I don't even blame Diaz. He's not ready to be a head coach but he's a symptom, not the disease. The disease is the aholes that would rather be cheap and make the easy in house hire from a failed staff (again) as opposed to going out and getting a big time coach ON THE ASCENT.

I'm close to being done. I just don't see any hope in sight with regards to the morons charged with acting as custodians for this program.

Promoting a coach to head coach from a failed staff almost never works. Dabo is the only situation I can think of where that has worked out.

And the crazy part about this is that you wouldn't believe the amount the University had to pay Temple to buy Manny out of his contract. They're not cheap with the money....just terrible decision makers.

I like Diaz, but he has to go. If I can manage the game time better than him, he has to go. Absolutely, awful management.

True. You’re absolutely correct. All we really just need are more cute chains and slogans. After all, we are “The New Miami”! Lol, what a crock of **** this is.

Miami is not a football college anymore. We've been like duke, ga tech etc..for almost 15 years now. We will always field a team but miami is a small private college that cares more about education than winning NC

Manny and co had 2 weeks to prepare for UNC - 2 whole weeks! They came out playing like dogsh*t and stole defeat from the jaws of victory. Worst part was it was against a true freshman QB and Mack Brown who hasn't coached in years and successfully ran Texas into the ground. Inexcusable.

All cheap, lazy hires by incompetent ADs.
