Temple is just a place a guy cuts his teeth for a couple years and moves on. Yall need somebody that is willing to give you 4-5 years if you actually want to accomplish more than 7-8 wins.
 
Uh for you saying Richt has hit on all his coaches is honestly ridiculous. His OC? terrible. Would be good purely as RB coach, but as OC? BAD. QB Coach? Laughable. OLine Coach? TBD, but he doesn't have them playing all that good, and keeps playing bums over kids with actual talent.
Defensively, he basically let Diaz hire who he wanted. And if you want to give credit for that to Richt, then you also have to say that him promoting Patke was ******* garbage.

Coordinators leave all the time. Manny did a phenomenal job this year exactly why he is being rewarded. Worried about the recruiting class but you cant tell me that this job wont be coveted. Jess probably gets Co defensive coordinator in order to give him a pay bump. Find some young bright up and comer or promote Banda to other defensive coordinator. Diaz definately deserves this opportunity. Hope he doesnt scoop up any of those New York dline targets.
 
He’s a nole, not family. Just a hired ***** who can be replaced. Having said that, someone make sure he doesn’t steal either TOC.

Please don't hold the vocal cry babies who have ruined their lives and just looking for the next thing to cry about against us. They just spent years wanting this guy fired. Now they get to complain he is leaving on his own.

****!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy for Coach Diaz hope he succeeds, but ****!!! Our team is ****ed next year, defensive recruiting is now ****ed. It’s all ****ed. Next year is going to be even more miserable than this year
 
Not since Fisch have we had a coordinator who was able to get some sort of promotion off his work here in Miami, which tells you everything you need to know about our recent coaching staphs.

Diaz on to greener pastures as the Hecht now officially becomes a bible camp led by a dementia patient. God help us all.

completely agree, im actually really shocked at this sites lack of coming up with quality names and options, if this was an offensive position there'd be 3000 threads with different names and guys like @Roman Marciante and @Lance Roffers would be already 10 threads deep of snapshots and videos
 
Diaz is good, but y'all realize that it was the talent here as well? He's not impossible to replace in that vein.
