Diaz gone

Alabama sends it's DCs to coach Georgia and Tennessee. Brett Venables passes up jobs to stay as DC of Clemson. Our DC takes the first offer from Temple. Don't love this move for Manny. It will be tough to win at Temple.

Maybe this speaks to his faith in getting Miami to a much better place than where we are now. Either way, this sucks
Probably waiting for Saban to retire so Dabo can slide into that job. He would probably slide right into head job.

Probably because Miami is poor, no matter how you guys want to spin it, Miami can't pay like big time schools

Miami guys being Miami guys

He's smart, can't blame him. Strike while it's hot, prove himself, and then be the coach at UM in 2020.

Just want to be sure, Richt hired a quality Defensive Coordinator, a quality RB coach, a quality WR coach, a quality TE coach, a quality DL coach, replaced that quality DL coach with another quality DL coach, a quality CB coach, a quality Safeties coach and some of you are already think he's going to whiff on Manny's replacement? Just admit you want to be mad about everything and anything.

You make a valid point but didn't he also hire Willie M to be his DC and kept him for at least 2 seasons? Maybe he's moved on from that but it's equally likely that his next hire will be great as fail.

Again, what year do you people think it is? We have 41 wins in the last 5 years. Our team next year is looking at 10+ wins. It isn't tough to win here.

Stock high, his D played its *** off, you can't blame him. He was a bright spot in one of the toughest years I've ever endured as a fan in football.

Congrats Manny - you did what we needed and you earned your HC position. You were very under appreciated last season giving the offense the ball 30 times in that 10 win stretch. Then when the O had to step up, with only one in the next 4, they hit rock bottom

Please tell me a list of p5 schools one week out from NSD with no OC or DC.
I'll wait

That shît was over 10 years ago.

I just feel bad for those who are actually affected by this due to some misplaced faith in a failed administration based off of past reputation of the program. Miami is already ****ed, whether Diaz was here or not, so it makes sense for Diaz to get away from this cancer and will only exacerbate how much of a failure Richt and Blake James are. If you liked Manny you should just be happy for him, if you're upset due to your love of the program you should have already understood that his presence means nothing to Miami's expected success while the people in charge keep ******* everything up.
