IF Manolo has actually been hired...

1) His near term moves on O will be very telling
2) His near term moves on Co-DC will be very telling


As I said about his jump to Philly, he must remember this:

He is not one of or part of the staff/team. He is the HC.

He must be ruthless.

If not, he has to be well aware of what will start flying in Year 3.

Ruthless, yes. Folden's loyalty to his sidekick. Richt's love of son. Diaz must have loyalty to no one. Fail to produce, and you're gone, players and coaches. And by failure to produce, I don't mean punching someone out because they touched your son or posting a video that makes prudes shiver. Failure or success boils down to wins-losses, production on the field. Forget the choirboy set of values.
