You're asking why he isn't throwing guys into the league left and right at FIU. Not to mention the guys he's recruited aren't even draft eligible yet LOL.

The real CFB programs have senior consultants on their staff. Guys who are too old to withstand the grind of coaching but who are there to impart wisdom. Miami desperately needs some gray hairs around the Schwartz Country Club for Athletic Mediocrity because there are nothing but amateurs parading around that place.

sooo a coordinator has the same role as a HC..is that what your saying?? The coordinators at Bama get the same credit as Saban?? When the offense was **** because of the oline then came into this year with a worse prognosis, we just gonna put that on manny?? (He was the DC btw. Differ meetings use the other side of the practice field also) We just gonna Ignore that we are down 3 scolly LBs as tho that’s not the reason 34 was in..now we are down 4..we just gonna keep picking on knowels even tho he’s been solid all year? We are gonna blame manny for last years 7-6 team? These are the angles your using ?

If you cant see that Manny is responsible for the crap depth on defense then youre not worth arguing with.

Amateurs believe that coordinators are responsible for recruiting their side of the ball and for overall roster management.

Pleasure meeting you. I am new to this forum. Just trying to point out potential logic and reasoning scenarios to the powers at be. A lot of things have to change with UM Football, including just using CIS to ventilate frustration. We need to have you and others, let their word be heard of what are bonafide salient solutions, otherwise the administration is going to continue on with the "same old-same old" for another 20 years. No harm, no foul.

Knowels has played solid🤷🏾‍♂️ I used to ride on him to but he hasn’t been a problem this year. No he’s not a baller, he’s a rotational piece..when you can’t bring in full classes..or you have other holes on the team since 16 you can’t just load up on one side or one position you have to spread out scollies..and then u get hit with injuries at one spot OFC your gonna be in a bind ...we have 9 True LBs on scolly spread between 2 true LB spots. And that doesn’t include the striker position..should we have 12 between two spots? Which room are you taking those scollies from? The WR, RB, QB?

This isn't a dumpster fire. This is a program with excellent facilities and a team with talent that's played poorly at times, played very well at times and has had a season changing issue at kicker.

And to answer your question I would throw a bunch of money at Matt Rhule. I think he's the best young coach in college football but i don't think he'd take this job.
