The myth of Banda is far greater than reality. As has been mentioned before, if you have a problem with Rumph but not Banda, whether it's recruiting or coaching related, you're being disingenuous.

I don’t have a problem with Rumph. I think he’s a great teacher..Banda is the guy putting in most of the time on the recruiting trail and if he leaves our recruiting class will sink even further.

I thought so too but evidently Manny already has a DC in mind and it’s not Banda, Banda is not gonna follow him for the same position, that’d be a major pay cut for him.
