Oh no. **** no. Fire Manny and make Blake think he's safe, then fire him. ****, I'd even let him know he was fired by sending him a singing clown. "You're FIRED, you're FIRED, you should have never been hired! Now you and man hands leave this town. Words of wisdom from a singing clown!"
 
It could be happening, why? Diaz has 2 more years after this one, which means one more year as teams wont allow a coach to go into his last year. It would kill recruiting. So they either have to extend him, highly unlikely, or can him.
 
There is a some quite fitting that the end of his coaching career was brought about after the players dug deep and were willing themselves to victory, our QB in his first ever start had settled in and was throwing darts, and the RBs were wearing down the defense, but Diaz decided to run down the clock with over a minute left at the UVA 13 and play for a FG. Sorry coach, but that's not Miami football. I honestly would have had some begrudging respect for him if he'd gone for jugular and even if something bad happened, like a fumble or INT, he stood his ground and said "We don't play for Field Goals at the University of Miami. Sometimes being aggressive doesn't work but I'd rather have my guys go down swinging than put everything we worked for all game on the foot of our freshman kicker."
 
People with money a lot of times think they’re the smartest people in the room just because they have money. It makes millionaires and billionaires think that they the Know all and be all to every subject even though they have a little knowledge of it just because they have money. If boosters are calling for Manny‘s head but not Blakes it speaks volumes of the ineptitude of the board of trustees and the athletic department as a whole.

Manny was everything I wanted in an off season coach, took chances on transfers, recruited well, fired coaches when needing to BUT why I do t feel bad is because he makes a lot of money and he was to stubborn and turned down the help for having a team GM like Alonzo. But has never been around a championship program and has no idea how they are run.
 
I’d be shocked if we did it before UNC. I believe that game seals the deal for Manny. A preemptive move to fire Manny this week or next would definitely take the heat off of Frenk and momentarily off of Blake. Blake needs to go though.
