It was a great game. It was live game for me at home so I can imagine being their. Doesn't change his prospective of being a UM commit.

He also tweeted somebody who said that committment is an important thing with a reply that "I know this, trust me". Kid thought it was an exciting game which it was but theres nothing to worry about. Also the kid he tweeted about is a kid he's been tweeting about for months and idk how much he's done it recently since i dont follow him but i know in the past some Canes fans retweeted to show the olineman love

Apparently Dexter Williams is pushing for 6'5" 330lbs 2015 OG Tyrell Reed to get a miami offer and commit to UM. Reed has visited Miami and has several offers from Mid-Majors an a few bottom end SEC Teams. He transferred from Tampa Chamberlain to Evans HS in Orlando, FL but then ended up at Mt. Dora HS instead (all of this taking place this summer).

Also of note he is the 2nd cousin of 5* RB Jaques Patrick (timber Creek HS ). Watching Reeds highlights he looks a little slow off the ball and plays with high pad level that will need to be corrected at the next level, but he does have good knee bend. I doubt UM offers since the class is already loaded an the last spot is for Jalen Merrick from New Smyrna Beach.

just send him the offer and lock up dexter williams . not exactly like we trouting around an elite offensive line

If UM were to offer anyone of Dexter Williams friends it would be 2015 Ath Jalen Julius (you can't coach speed). But I think that would be a late offer if it came at all.

Go Canes

Paramos- the rivals article is from the Gaytors rivals site and is heavily slanted toward UF. Pay it no mind.

One of the more high profile recruits in attendance for the Florida Gators triple overtime win over Kentucky Saturday night was Orlando (Fla.) West Orange running back Dexter Williams.

Though he committed to the Miami Hurricanes back in the spring, he says he still had a great time in The Swamp.

"I think it was a great game and a great experience," said Williams of the game. "It was a lot of fun and it was a loud crowd and great atmosphere. Really just a lot of good action out there."

While watching the game the 5-foot-11, 195-pounder made sure to keep a close eye on the Gator's running backs, which made a big impact in the win.

"I thought it was great because they let the running backs do what they had to do and they were making big plays. They were sharing the rock, also if one was tired. I think I could get in the rotation if I came here and did the work and learned the plays and just doing my assignment."

After the game Williams got a chance to speak with both head coach Will Muschamp and running backs coach Brian White.

"They were just saying not to forget about them and saying I can do great things at Florida. I think I am going to come back and visit a lot because it's so close to home. I think I will be here for when they play LSU also. They are trying to get me up here more and talk to my family more. It just encourages me more to come up here and meet some of the players and hang out with them. Just chances to feel more comfortable and just listen to what my dad says."

So what stuck out the most to the four-star Canes commit?

"I wasn't expecting the crowd to be as loud as it was to be honest," said Williams with a laugh. "It was just crazy. It was just so loud that sometime I couldn't hear anything. I just fell in love with the crowd."

Though Williams is still openly communicating with a handful of colleges, he still insists his commitment to the Hurricanes is a strong one. However he isn't planning to make a visit to Coral Gables until November at the earliest.

"I know I will be in Miami for sure when they play Florida State," said Williams. "I am pretty sound with them. I would say 90% committed. I am still going through the process with them and just enjoying everything and just watch the rest of the season. I am looking to set up my visit to Louisville just don't have a date yet and I want to visit USC Trojans and Notre Dame."
