You can't be forced to play, but schools have wisened up. Contracts now include buyout provisions, which are potentially enforceable, and the buyout itself may count against the new school's revenue sharing cap. That's sticky.

How long are these deals? Idk how anyone advises these kids to take such a locked in contract when you can test the market (portal)

But then again these “agents” are mostly leeches who have spent maybe 2-3 hours googling NIL deals
