Like seriously? That motto just screams "it's okay just do your best, everyone gets ice cream after the game and we're all winners in my book, shake hands and mind your manners" soooooo puzzified!!!! I knew this guy was a soft, flaccid, estrogen filled leader when he came here with that motto. It reeks of Joe Pa. Ugh. How about TAKE VICTORY , like BAMA FSU OREGON and all the other elites do. I mean really? He is the complete opposite of South Fla Football culture! These guys are taught in the inner city to play hard and fast..aggressive, assertive and athletic. They're from freaking MIAMI FOR CRYING OUR LOUD!!! This was doomed from the moment Al said "you kidding me"
