Benkert from UVA back in 2017 would likely be the closest thing, but he threw only 4 TD's and 1 INT. In the ACC Championship Game Bryant from Clemson did go 23-29, but they only had 300 yards of total offense and he had 1 TD, so while the completion % was high he wasn't exactly torching the defense getting yards and scores at will.

Dabo called off the dawgs up 38-0 late-3rd quarter. Clemson scored TDs on their first three drives, then punted twice before the half. They scored 17 on their first three drives of the second half.
