Heck of a resume for 26QB coach for a newly P5 program (for however long that means anything lol) at 26 years old, under a widely respected offensive mind whose coaching tree folks will likely look to hire from. that's a great trajectory if i've ever seen one.
hes the first coach in since the pony expresss days baiscally to win 11 games there. what a job hes done in 2 years at SMUAwesome for him. He'll climb the ladder quickly.
Also, Rhett made a **** of an impression in his 2 years here. Everyone on both sides of the ball wanted to follow him. Coaches, players, support staff, etc.
Good for him and good for Lashlee for giving him a chance, was an analyst for SMU previously
