That CB depth scares the **** out of me.

Also, I am not a fan of Kamalu. He hasn't impressed me one bit. But apparently this staff loves him.

Wish our coaches were smart enough to realize that the talent we have is far better suited for a 4-3 and just switch this **** up. But I guess we'll just keep trying this 3-4. And likely failing.
 
Man, nobody on this board even ******* likes anything about this team. I don't care if I get killed for saying this but enough with the negativity. Does anybody even like the Hurricanes on this board or does everyone just want to use it as a ***** fest. You guys sound like a bunch of *****es on your period 24/7.
 
Kamalu has 7 sacks in two seasons. The guy can get around pretty good for someone 6'6 295
 
I cant agree more. Stop with the negativity, and let's see what unfolds in 2015. If Golden does nto produce, he knows he will be gone after this year. I believe there will be changes made to the scheme that may shock all of this. If not, then someone else will get a chance in 2016. I understand everyone is upset about the state of the Hurricane football program, but diret it to the BOT and the AD, not the kids and Golden.
 
This should be the best defense we have had in the last few years. CB depth is terrifying tho.

hopefully there will be a big boost from finally being able to redshirt players last year.

Jackson, Smith, McCray could be a big boost at LB/End

no star players on that side of the ball....just a bunch of unproven guys with potential. sad sad sad.

Kamalu is a beast
 
I can see us potentially picking up a few Cb's from the waiver wire. For depth purposes. (If any is available, & worth taking)

Agree here. Plus you can just see that if the light comes on for this kid, it is curtains. A guy that big, that lean, with that much quickness AND a mean streak? He is a perfect 3-4 SDE. I gotta think the staff is betting that the this kid finally starts to "get it" in the Spring time.

Gotta think he will be another "UM Senior Bowl/Combine" special. Where scouts are like, "WHO THE **** IS THE KID AND WHERE HAS HE BEEN HIDING?!!" He is going to look like a monster.
