Seems to be a little disagreement about that. Deion gave some interview to another reporter. He insists the stuff was stolen. School is saying it was "misplaced". Sounds like someone who works for the school was involved...

Deon needs to insist that JSU hire a security guard. Most sports teams have security at games anyway. its standard procedure. No one (fan, thief, opponent, etc) should have free access to any team’s locker room. It’s pretty obvious that something fishy is going on, and it sounds like an inside job to me
