Distance isn't everything, hang time is a critical element here too. Punting low line drives for 43 yards might be worse than a short punt with decent hang time.

That’s true yet the legit ones shouldn’t be averaging under 40 distance wise, w/ a season long of 43 or 44, no matter the hang time.

I was about to ask why are we going after a UT kid. We tried with Myles two cycles ago and missed, and I cannot remember the last UT kid on roster.
