First, I agree with the point of your post, never understood why guys call someone out who try to bring info to the board. Now if when they are right they grandstand a **** ton and take victory laps, then yeah if you call something that isnt true then you likely get some heat and that is fair, sometimes you dunk other times you get dunked on. But most of the guys here that give info dont try to flaunt clout so no point to come at them 1mur is an example he says his ish and dips, if its right we might get a smiling emoji at most. In the end we are all fans and want the team to win.

Second, no secret Mario likes things on his timeframe and gives 0.0 ***** about what anyone else thinks. Sometimes that stubbornness I am sure comes back to bite him but on average this method likely produces more than it fails so no issue there.

Third, IDK about this puzzle piece thing man. And not saying that you arent relaying what you hear or what the coaches believe or **** even what some kids say directly and they may lie and things change. I get it that does happen but it seems more often than not under Mario something gets hyped up, he teases it, and it falls flat. I feel every year we hear about "big things" happening. Whether it be Picket (let him commit to LSU, cane in the end), J. Smith (we had em until OSU upped their offer), Zay Flowers (had em but he did the honorable thing and not only got a raise for himself but his teammates), Hill (Frank tucker leaked his visit and UT locked him in), Stone (whole family thought he was coming), Shemar (Big moe sabotaged us), Riley (Bama got his dad out of jail), the "wave" the "whales" the "big splash" at the pool party, etc. I understand **** happens but at some point you have results or excuses and you (not you specifically in general to the ones who tease stuff) wouldnt have to come up with excuses if you didnt build up expectations so I guess the point is if stuff is very fluid where you can have people changing timeframes or it still needs time to bake, let it cook a lil longer or else I can add on to the list above, We had Noah Thomas until he got a girl pregnant and wanted to take care of his kid (total speculation on the last one but simply highlighting the point)

The best excuse is that current players scare away recruits
I can’t wait to hear what the excuse is after he strikes out again
Besides Samson and Francis
Mario hasn’t landed any other big time oline recruits
For a guy who is a supposedly oline expert and who’s main attribute is recruiting he should be stacking top oline on a yearly basis

I'm curious. At what point throughout the HISTORY of the university of miami have we EVER stock piled classes the way we have under Mario? Maybe I'm confused on all of these misses and his constant over promising and under delivering but what have our classes been ranked yearly when it's all said and done. High school or portal... Cmon brother. You're better than this. Has there been pieces that we had or thought we had in hand and missed out on? As you just illustrated of course there has been. Your statement however with him not delivering I guess means everyone else we've got has just been ****... I don't get how people can't just stick to being genuine. Plenty of things can be complained about but recruiting as a whole? That's nuckin futs. I don't care what anyone tries to say. There is no schools,teams,companies etc that are gonna be constantly gaurentee to get exactly who and what they want. This is a competitive marketplace and to assume that we have some amazing leg up that enables us to pull some gaurentee that's just foolish. Myself all I've ever bothered to tell y'all is first hand knowledge and if it's not I elaborate on that immediately.

Man this board sometimes is a trip. People giving me expiration dates like some crazy **** going to happen if something doesn't come true by that date. When I say things like legwork and could be assume absolutes at your own peril. I have one bat signal and I let people know when things are done and crystallized . I hit on cantwell 7 weeks ago before media was hip to it but one big *** domino making sure it's what he wants and I'm all of a sudden getting hit with trolls. This domino could change CFB and so many moving parts to complete it...

The drama and rewriting of history is ridiculous. Mario went out and got Beck, Brockermeyer, Bauman, Nickel's brother, Daniels, Blay, O'Connor, Brantley, Lucas, Poyser (and Karnley). Yet because the portal hasn't closed and we haven't yet closed on the last few pieces, he's a hype machine.

Just ignore the Karens. 90% of us want the intel and realize recruiting and portalling negotiations are fluid.
