Deidrick Stanley Talks Miami, Aims For Summer Decision

OK...Understand that D Money... But point being why do you "offer" Diedrick Stanley the minute he walks into the building on Junior Day? Just tell him you are recruiting him
If you dont offer youre not in the game... Thats just how it works. Miami is not the only school that does this people

Stanley is a kid that would be on decommit/flip watch the moment we accepted his commitment. He's always talking up PSU & UF, no way in **** you take a commit from a kid like that this early in the game.

He's not elite in any aspect of his game, nor does he have high upside. He's tenacious & has good ball skills, but he's not some irreplaceable can't miss prospect.

Locally, there are players we haven't even offered yet like Jaheem Joseph, Ronald Delancey, Benjamin Onwuzo, Jamal Potts, Jeshon Ingraham & Lovie Jenkins that have higher upside & better physical traits than Stanley.

And don't forget, this is Rumph's call & Rumph doesn't think he's take right now, so I'm good.

Interesting list. Is the staff recruiting these guys? They all look to have P5 offers.

ok if he's using us as a place holder then fuc him

I personally like Ronald Delancey more so than him. Stanley has good film though but his numbers scare me a bit, His ceiling isnt all that high. I dont wanna really hear the Bandy comparison either as Bandy was a sub 4.5 or close to it guy and explosive.

Ya I don't think Stanley a "must have" or anything like that...But realize he is a coming as a specialty position. Tenacious slot corner. Not sure anyone on that list fits that bill. Maybe Delancey could play int he slot. Stanley is really twitchy though and makes plays, just saying.
