Defensive staff for Butch

If you hire Dorsey as OC then you need a greybeard somewhere on the offensive side of the ball. There's no one else on that offensive staff I would feel comfortable leaning on technically if Dorsey struggled early.

Excellent point. Any ideas on who the greybeard would possibly be? I'm drawing a blank.
 
I could definitely see Vilma becoming a high quality coach in the future - if he wants to get into coaching....

He and Reed and Dorsey are the three that I could really see becoming quality coaches if they choose to pursue that route.

They're all sharp, tenacious and have a fine understanding of the game...
