You wrote this like manny has leverage. Like keeping him around at a discount is him doing you a favor. There are billionaire boosters publicly stating their intent to spend big money on the program and you think discount manny is worth considering?

If I'm AD I'd pay to see him leave before I'd tie myself to him, while making the university and our boosters look cheap in the process. Not the best start.

If reports are correct, money isn't an obstacle. We can do all that with the additional 1.5 milli on the books. Coach Diaz would still find a coach to run his scheme, which isn't consistent enough with the talent we recruit. I don't see a way that Manny does better without recruiting better.

I'll be honest, if Manny ran the table after starting 2-4 I was still willing to keep him. But after completely undermining him, losing to FSU, losing Lashlee, and basically sabotaging the recruiting class, you have to let him go.

You don’t fire the AD for ******** up the HFC hire, and then turn around and keep the HFC
