I feel bad for the guy tbh.. I think he truly loves the CANES, and really tries to the best of his ability..

Unfortunately for us fans, the clowns running UM don’t know what the **** they are doing. Case and point hiring a guy that had no business being a first time head coach at Miami.

I agree. I genuinely feel bad. Anyone that looks at that picture should. I'm not going to clown him or make fun of him or anything. Everyone knows he's not the guy for the job. But he tried his best to be. He fired people that needed to be fired. He made the right moves. He couldn't get it done. Sucks for fans and sucks for us.

Diaz sucks balls yes but don't be fooled MR wasn't good either but did good things and gifted us Diaz.

I'd drag Butch over for a year or so to recruit Butch type talent and keep searching for the ultimate head coach. I've been non stop trashing him this year but I still feel bad and wanted him to succeed. However it's gotta be done. But we can't stop there, we got to clean the entire athletic department.

Man.. as an alum and diehard Miami fan, I want him gone as much as the next guy, but, as a human being, this picture breaks my heart. Can't imagine getting your dream job that you've wanted literally your whole life and failing this miserably at it (publicly, no less). This is the kind of thing that can break people. I hope he is able to find happiness after the inevitable closure of this chapter of his life.

This is all blake James fault.
All of my venom is held mainly for Blake and to a degree for the board of trustees and the president of the university that enabled Blake James to suck at his job this long. Manny is just Forrest Gump

I don't feel bad for that little dip ****. He did make changes in areas that he felt were weaknesses. Only problem is he didn't address his flaws. You are a Head Coach, it's your job to hold players accountable in every aspect. Stupid penalties, chew their *** out. Do it a second time, ride the pine. This goes for a player's overall performance too.. Not one time has his teams come out of a bye week looking prepared. They actually look worse after a bye week. Manny can't even get the team to tackle much less put them in a position to win a game. Yeah he's in that picture throwing a pity party for himself. If he had balls, he would be tearing his players to shreds for making the same mistakes and for not tackling that little hobbit Howell.

Does he though? The guy went to FSU. Never sat right with me. I never understood the "he is a Miami guy"

Feel bad for the guy stealing 4m a year? No thanks. Would not surprise me if this picture was staged to pull in suckers one last time.
