Yea according to the charts yea they do, but the charts are like the NFL draft some guys are rated too high and we do a good job of finding guys they sleep on like Moten and JJ and they are true beasts.

Agree , maybe that was his issue at usc too . Can’t weed through the rankings and find the best ones for your system . Example we need cook and he needs our style offense

Yea and other teams see our run game now and how we are making him a priority and they recruit off how hard we recruiting him. That used to happen at Bama, where they were looking at a 3 star but recruiting them like a 5 star and the services had to reevaluate the prospect. And Miami fans here (some) thought it was a bama boost but it wasn't, it was Saban finding someone they slept on. That will happen here more often and guys will get a boost based on us developing guys at a high clip.

As a player regardless who you grow up liking , you need to go to a team that fits your style and had the ol to make you look better . Cook style is Miami , the old bama teams with a stable of 225 plus RBs . Nobody imo recruite better at ol . Get mathews and cook locked in and start help
Building a championship team . We need another big time De this class too .

Yea Cook knows, thats why he will announce UM. He seems smart and he know his stock for the NFL draft will be the highest here cause the holes the OL will open will be massive. Pause

Solid points.

We all used to complain when someone committed to Bama or Georgia and their star rating went up. If they committed to Miami, their star rating would go down.

The opposite is going to happen soon if it isn’t already.

Been nice to land him but rather TT than the other traditional talent hoarders - not so fun when the rabbit got the 🔫

Spread the talent out and you begin to see who the elite coaches actually are - Cig/Mario/Freeman etc.

If everyone knew Moten would be this good and you reranked that class he looks like a top 5 player in the country for that class or at least top 15. These nerds that rank get it wrong and we do to, I know the Sooners were our only competition for Moten. And if a HC goes based off the rankings only then they are in deep trouble

This why certain low ranked prospects I trust the HC/position coach who is pushing for them. We went to war with Todd Bates and BV for David Stone, Jayden Jackson, Mason Thomas, and Moten. All looking like good college players/NFL prospects

Our trench targets hit, and that is the most important thing for you to stay a top 5 team yearly. OSU has done it for decades, Tressle was the best HC OSU had for trench evals imo. They still get theres but thats when they were different. They kept up in the trenches so did Bama during their elite time, thats all we have to do and the skill players will flock here.
