He’s already co-dc so just make him DC. Schumann is probably the only non DC that I would be okay with hiring as DC. A bit risky but I think the upside is worth it.

DC/LB - Schumann
DL - Partridge
CB - Rod Chance
S - T Rob

Schumann backed up by a ton of experience including 2 guys that have been DCs before.

I think Muschamp should be the guy. Multiple 4-3 guy with 3-4 and 5-2 looks. Even at Florida, his defense was ranked #9 overall against SEC teams.

He's a QC guy at Georgia now. He's relatively young at 50. He likes an aggressive defense.

That would leave an extra spot if they want to go OLB/Striker coach or give it to offense if Brady and BMAC both come they can do a WR coach and inside WR/OC type of role.

I know a DC who's defense just set his school's record for Points Allowed In A Season and led the state of Florida in Sacks and Interceptions while developing 3 All County selections and the Broward County Defensive Player Of The Year.

I think Mario should call THAT guy.
I have a feeling he'll be cheap too.

Rumor is, they're negotiating a contract right now.

The exact amount of money is still being hashed out, but they've already agreed on a limitless budget for lemon pepper chicken wings and at least one woman from each Caribbean island per week. His agent is also trying to work in a 1972 Chevelle convertible.
