Dbs vs Florida

Their Oline was supposed to be as bad if not worse than ours and I was surprised we got zero pressure on Franks.As much as we heard we had guys unblockable in practice I think we figured out it was more who was trying to block them as opposed to their actual ability to rush the QB.

The DBs were a concern going in especially after Ivey got suspended but they more than held their own against what was supposed to be a very good receiving Corp and the fact Franks had plenty of time to get the ball to them due to there being no pass rush.

I’ll be the first to admit I’ve been one of the people knocking Rumph. But our secondary looked really good last night. They missed some tackles early but I was very impressed. Blades needs to grow up.

DBs were great. They're WR are overrated as **** though. Jefferson and Grimes didn't do ****. That Toney play was electric and Frierson had straighten up got beat out. That play. Probably they best unit we'll see until FSU at WR.

DBs saved our asses the best they could. Their plays were mostly designed plays to go after our striker/safeties/LBs. The CBs themselves were beyond good coverage wise
 
Hopefully Bubba gets up to speed on the fast track. Carter is going to be an issue.

With that said, I have three words:

No one saying he can’t coach. Most of us admit that he’s a **** of a coach, he just has a few whiffs in recruiting. Call a spade a spade.

yes. I think Hall was supposed to be the help there but he got caught sleeping. Manny started to mention Safety help but stopped himself mid sentence.
 
The big play to hammond came against frierson at striker. If you look at the game the outside wrs for uf was getting locked up. Mullen was going after the strikers and lbs with quick guys like toney and hammond.

Having ivey back will allow bandy to get some more reps inside too so that will help the strikers.

And outside of that play Frierson was pretty good.
