DBC "officially dead from twitter" as of 7/6/20

I truly never understood this.

The guy obviously has some challenges - Why are people on the internet piling on?

If they saw someone with similar issues in real life, would they do the same? It has always confused me. How is picking on someone like this funny?

Seriously, DBC definitely has my respect....very few of us could take the joking ...or walk in his shoes....Stay strong DBC

Never agreed with the abuse DBC has gotten - he obviously has a disability, but I guess that's what makes it fun for a lot of people. Abuse a person that does not see the world the same way you do; he does not process emotions or sarcasm the way most people do. If making fun or agitating him gets you off, then you are a massive POS. Period.

The guy love this program, and we should actually welcome him here and make him part of the community in a friendly way.

He may be all those things you say.

Personally, I stopped mocking him on Twitter/social media a long time ago, when it finally dawned on me, with help from other people who theorized he might be operating from some type of mental/cognitive disfunction.

Other than the occasional mention here, I don’t spend too much time on him. In fact the last thing I think I remember posting about in some length, was when we actually had people on here who thought he was a real insider and had friends on the BOT.

But no one here for sure knows what condition he has. Maybe none? I don’t believe anyone here has subjected him to any kind of cognitive testing.

Nonetheless, I operate under the assumption he has some deficit.

But also, let’s be honest. His online and social media behavior shows a constant need for attention. He is constantly seeking clout, to be hailed as a knowledgeable insider, but most of all he craves attention. I think he even likes the negative attention. Just a personal observation.

He strongly craves the attention.
