You can't, and they aren't. You can't teach speed like you can't teach height. What you can do is teach a guy how to use the speed he's got more effectively.

This, no kids bodies are finished growing or done speed wise because their grown man bodies aren't done but 40 times can be due to many things which is why every prospect have guys hired by agents or the school to get the right cleats, the right stances, positioning, get off etc but C. Will has good speed for his size anyway now
