DB Conrad Hussey in portal - Commits to UM

Napier swoll Dabo eye up?!! Man, I may have been hasty in my judgement of him. Napier is solid in my book.
The story is that when Napier was the OC they were finishing a game out and he had the maybe the backup in (not sure) and they called a play but Dabo being Dabo he overruled the play on the sideline (which he does a lot to his coordinators over the years) but he didn't alter the blocking scheme to match and the QB got killed as a result.
After the game, Napier confronted him about it in the locker room, and it got heated and he punched him and dropped Dabo.
Napier was not the OC the next year and was at Bama as an analyst. Lol
I think I have the story somewhat correct but it's been a while since I heard it.

Was he injured at Oregon State?
2025 (JUNIOR)
• Played in three games
• Totaled five tackles with half a tackle for loss and a pass breakup
• Tallied three tackles and a breakup against Houston
• Finished with two tackles and half a TFL at App State
If he was healthy and couldn’t get any run for a bottom feeder program that went 2-10, why would we bring him on? I don’t think he was even in their 2-deep. Seems like a player we would have tried to grab from the portal 3-4 years ago. I suppose if you pay him in islas canarias gift cards to be the 5th safety and essentially use the spring to give him a try out it wouldn’t be the worst decision in the world. IMO he’s better off somewhere like UCF/USF to try and salvage his career.

From Trailerhassee to Beavertown to Coral Gables? Should be a wide open layup. Stack chips. Injuries happen.
