Dawson said he plans to make his own decision and not factor in the fact that his older sibling is committed to Ohio State or that he’s a Georgia legacy through his father. Dawson continues to have high interest in Miami

 
I have no interest in Dawson if DJ is not also on the squad. Even with DJ, Dawson looks like a Lanard Fournette instead of a Leonard Fournette.
 
Based on the shocked statement below, doubt DJ or Dawson thought the Canes would beat O$U much less make a run to the ship.


When they got into the playoffs, they really shocked me and beat all those high-level teams.

Miami is working hard to flip Dawson’s older brother, DJ, before the end of this cycle. If that happens, the Hurricanes will be in a great position to land Dawson in 2028. Even if DJ sticks with the Buckeyes, it appears Dawson has genuine interest in Miami and will continue to keep the Hurricanes under consideration.
