What I've found most interesting about these discussions throughout the season, is that this is the EXACT Offense many of you were asking for this offseason.

True that Guidry did it last year but he got fired because his way didn't work (in historic fashion) so he got fired.

What I'm asking is, if Dawson did it his way and it worked really well, what could Mario say or do?

If that answer is indeed nothing, then I don't get why Dawson doesn't bet on himself and try his style.

If Dawson did it his way and Mario fired him for insubordination, then it would show that he loves *his* way more than he loves the program.

The idea of Loften is everything wrong with Mario.

I know DMoney and I guess few others think he is some great football player when healthy and there is like one or two NFL teams that have success with someone like him.

But year in and year out, you don’t see the top teams in CFB having a glorified FB as a major component of their offense.

What’s the most explosive play Lofton would have even if he was healthy?

Lofton always represented a Miami offense that was going to load the backfield and stack the box. And that’s exactly what we’re doing.

And having the kind of success doing it outside of Cam that one would expect running a dinosaur system.

Hbacks are basically fullbacks moved closer to the offensive line.

So most of them can block…Lofton can’t block and is too fat to make an impact in the passing game.

Dawson is the OC- these are his calls. If they were not he wouldnt be in miami he would have taken the Rice job last year.

You run the ball right up the middle on every 3rd or 4th and 1 with everyone packed in tight. Play action with a TE or someone leaking out would go for an easy TD.

They did that once today and we scored an easy td.
