Dawson can get ****ed too

When they missed a FG, I thought ****. There goes Miami’s aggressiveness! They will go 3 and out (which they didn’t) and lose in OT! They did do that.
 
Last year’s offense was heavily bolstered by Cam changing plays at the line of scrimmage.

Says volumes about how pedestrian Dawson and this offensive staff (including Mario) are.

Without Cam’s year our offenses have been dogsh*t under Mario.

He's a blockhead. Has been for three years. He looked good with TVD too, until the injuries, etc. Cam bailed him out last year.
This year they handcuffed Beck and insisted on playing bully ball.

For all that Mario adapted, the block head bully ball run up the middle is something he just won't let go.

Dawson is a ****wad who has success with a play and then runs it 10 times more in a game. That fourth down where they ran the toney motion is a perfect example.

Could have easily put up 40 throwing against SMU. No, no Mario doesn’t want to get in a shoot out. Instead, we try playing bully ball & at a slow pace. Great if it works, but small margin for error & kept SMU in game. Offense ultimately has Mario’s hands all over it.

dawson calls the plays. Im sick of people blaming mario.

Dawson is the OC- these are his calls. If they were not he wouldnt be in miami he would have taken the Rice job last year.

Dawson sucks.
It’s not like he had this history of high ranking offenses in any of the analytics, and then Mario killed him.
This isn’t a Riley-Dabo situation.

Dawson has been a really bad OC his entire career.
But that’s why he got the job. What he does, doesn’t work. But what he does is exactly what Mario wants.
