This guy is a ball player.

Did anyone see that crossover and assist to Garius yesterday?

The man has a smoothe jumper, great size, great defender, and can move. Our lack of ball handling this year will only help him because he is forced to play the point when he is not a point guard. This hurts us this year but will pay dividends in the future for him since his ball handling skills will improve drastically.

I think he has the talent to be an absolute stud on this team and a future NBA player.

Time will tell.

One of his pullup jumpers, from about 18 feet out, with a guy in his face, late in the shot clock, late in the game last night that put us up 8 and really was a dagger to FSU was a thing of beauty. Something I expected from a senior, and something I expected from last year's team.

I've been hyped by this kid since the first time I saw him play. I look forward to watching his progress. To bad Burnett and Elder went down, I was looking forward to seeing them play, as well.
