He's playing well for them off the bench. In 9 games he's shooting over 50% from the field, 44% from 3, and chipping in defensively and on the glass. He should continue to eat into Austin Rivers' minutes.

He’s the best all around ball player we have seen during L’s tenure. An absolute pleasure to watch that dude compete on both ends of the floor during his time here. Under appreciated imo

Due to covid lots of teams are signing dudes off the street to have enough to field a team. I thought Davon looked pretty good a few years back in Heat camp and I think he played at Sioux Falls but that night have been during their bubble run. Good to see him getting a shot.

Davon is a guy that has been in the wrong place at the wrong time. He should have been able to land a spot as a rotational player in the NBA, but just couldn't get that spot. I thought that he would have stuck on Phoenix, but they never gave him minutes. Same with Indiana. Happy to see him get another shot, he's a good dude and a quality player.
