WC is a big tech community. i have a lady that lives in Wesley Chapel and anytime you go to the Publix up there is about 65% Indian/asian and a dozen women in burkas every single trip....yes lots of folks but not sure that is the demographic that drives an hour to a MLB game

Again it’s not really about the fact we missed on this specific kid. It’s that we 1) have missed on 3 out of the last 4 commits where the “staff felt good,” meaning we are being lied to or we are naive (or both) and 2) we are not closing the gap on what is very clearly a troubling trend and below average class for what we are paying Mario to achieve. We can’t add another player out of the top 1000 and then whiff on the big recruit. That’s how you end up sucking and lighting candles while you pray for 10 wins and flips.

Eh.. the theme of this recruiting cycle has been A lot of this sub tweeting and how National writers are wrong just for the same result but with a staff being paid a lot to do their job.

that's all BS. a fanbase can be frustrated with the amount of recruiting whiffs that have occured the last month, but what I'm not gonna do is sit here & act like mannydiaz couldve done any better. We're *****ing for 1 month when diaz couldnt recruit a LB in 6 years he was here? The culture that he built is the reason that we are where we are. Or do you wanna forget about elite recruits visiting Miami & then openly saying that they wouldnt come here bc of the culture?

Jalen Phillips was a first round pick and is tearing up the NFL as an OLB. So technically he did land one of the best young LBs in the NFL, he just played him out of position.

Mitchell is a great talent, but I think I wanted him (BIG PAUSE) more from a momentum and national perception standpoint. This hurts, but TE is pretty far down on our list of needs moving forward.
