2027 Davin Davidson 4* QB from Sarasota (Cardinal Mooney) Commits to the Gates

yikes!!!! I thought he was goofy and knew he had a poor elite 11 showing….but his actual highlights from junior year had so many wow throws I thought he might elevate himself this season.

Last year they went 14-1 with their only loss to a 14-0 team from Colorado. Smacked Bolles 52-28 for the state title.

Looked like they played Saint Thomas? Thats #1 team in florida by a mile the way some people talk.. Loaded team, so Idk if he was just outclassed completely..

 
One explanation is that they lost of ton of talent who graduated last year, so def possible that propped him up. They brought back their star RB tho. . . . Notwithstanding the multiple college players lost on defense, their top WR signed with UNC, 2nd WR went FCS, 3rd WR walked on at UF….

148 of the 167 receptions on this team last year graduated.

Yeah they did so that explains some of it but my lord even Art Sitkowski never put up a statline like that. Idk by about a mile for STA but this Cardinal Mooney team has some legit p4 guys as well, mostly younger players tho besides their rb.
