His QB evaluation criteria and offensive philosophy (tempo, WR rotation, etc) starting at 4:50 of tape is worth a listen regardless of whether he's in contention.

I wonder what he’d think of Miami’s QBs. All three can play, but do any have IT? No. He probably is familiar with the true freshman from Texas.

We don't have enough money to get this guy away from Texas Tech, but lets create a Chief of Staff position and pay that person a couple of million!

For over a decade, we've been perpetually screaming for a new OC, and have listed no less than 100 names who we'd all gladly bludgeon a room full of puppies to death to hire. Not a single one has ever come to fruition, and no that we are degraded to a mid-tier program the list is only getting tougher. Our best bet is to hope our AD gets lucky and snags an under the radar type that isn't in the discussion for some of looming vacancies that will occur after bowl season closes.
