It really is a shame OSU offered now that bit about competing with Temple and Rutgers can't get used if he committed to Miami.
 
I believe this is the rubber match for Golden and Urban as far as WR goes this cycle.

Golden lands Berrios.
Meyer takes Dixon.
Njoku is on the table.

Stop it, we are in the category of big boy programs. 5 national titles and 5 star players committing nearly every year. We would have never received commitments from players like Duke Johnson, Tracy Howard, & Chad Thomas if we were not a big boy program. We are not a team like North Carolina that always has 2 or 3 five star players and never get them to commit.
 
Or those 3 players were committed to the U. We haven't been a big boy or deserved that kind of recognition in quite some time. If you notice Canefreak's best videos were from the glory yrs. Not today...

We haven't played like an elite program for a while, but we still have the ability to recruit like one. Look at UF this year, they played horrible but they can still recruit with anyone because of the UF brand, The U is still a prominent brand. We are not Alabama or fsu after winning their national championship, but we still are getting our share of 4 & 5 star players.

geography doesn't hurt us but it must be used to our advantage. losing battles is one thing but you just can't just let some guys go like we do every year.

Geography is one of the reasons Miami will always have a chance to get back to it's glory years.
