David Njoku to LB?

They have him rated as the 5th best TE going into the draft....I have seen some analyst say 3rd round at best (disclaimer: I completely agree with these rankings)...

Come back and BUILD on the resume

There are not 4 college TEs with a higher NFL ceiling than Nojokeu. I doubt there is 1. He will be off the board long before the 3rd round. He's not coming back.

If it means anything, the lead CBS analyst tweeted that he is hearing Njoku is coming back for a year when he will have more experience and not such a great TE year.

TEs with his resume usually come off the board in the 3rd Round. Even if you rank him as the #3 TE, we are looking at a mid-2nd into the third type projection for him.

With that said, he will far out produce most of the TEs in the class and be a better pro than many of the players drafted ahead of him.

Want him back, but he can play in the NFL right now. Flex TE, slot, mismatch early on while he develops more in-line.

If Kaaya stays I think David does as well. Receiving production is as much about talent as it is the relationship between the QB and receiver. David will be the best target to Kaaya and could get a 1k yard season with what is returning.

He will win the John Mackey if he comes back...
