we have a culture of physicality and toughness ... god bless mc

The key is the fact there is younger talent waiting
That’s why you never stop stacking
That’s why 5 stars in a vacuum like we used to get had such a high bust rate, they had no one to push them

Culture is dictated by the kind of people you’re recruiting. Hungry kids that are competitive , that love football and are about business. Anybody can recruit talented players but can you recruit talented players with tangibles that can’t be taught. Culture is normally a cliche used by coaches , but the great ones do legit create one.

Lastly everyone talks about tuff and fyzical but the violence is what stands out. This program is built on violence and making people pay the price for every play. You can by the end of games teams are beat up. That’s my favorite part of what’s been built.

I remember when Miami was this way toward the end of Coker's run. Like in 2006 at Louisville. Showed up talking and acting big.....lost by 24.

Who is the last LB we have had that hits like Toure? Perriman?

Who is the last DB we have had that hits like Jakobe Thomas last year? ST26?

We have ******* killers again.

Galloway couldn’t make it through the segment without taking a shot at us.

Nah. Culture is about a binder and things you put up on your wall. And can't forget the turnover and TD props.

You know me in real life don’t you?

There's a reason why recruits have to attend practice before even committing. Mario & the staff want to know if a player is really about that life. Do they love football & the grind that comes with it in order to be great? That locker room is full of killers and if you're not 100% all in, all the time then you won't be around for very long.
